Hello,I'm a new member and does not know the rule so well,so, here goes.

My search-fu is so weak I cannot seem to locate '1001 Quick Background'(sp?) thread I have read a week or so before,can anyone provide me a link?

*I have read the rule and it does not seem to have ,well, rule governing question about threads.
