Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
As someone who regularly suffers from headaches, I can assure you, that is an unequivocally evil act, and deserves to cost someone her paladinhood.

In other news, the GLoG Bulletin board is up. Kris, can you add a link to the first post?My avatar! Isn't it just utterly diabolical? Ashen Lilies made it!

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
A bulletin board? Great, I was just talking about something like that. By the way, I take it most people think that GLoG doesn't need official forms?

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
So, the world is about to end and Michalson is fighting someone who has annoyed him.
Is it just me or is this character a disgrace to all villains everywhere?

You'd kill a teddy bear? A poor, defenseless, teddy bear?

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
Correction: KR-15 would kill a poor, defenseless teddy bear.
Besides, that teddy bear totally gets wasted every night and beats his family. He deserves it.Originally Posted by Lord Magtok

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
It's rather absurd for a general "Security Advisory System". What, Acronymia is only ever in danger of apocalypse? I mean yeah, everybody and their evil characters seem to want to end the world, or at least part of it, but come on. Say nobody is directly planning an apocalypse, but there are several pyschopathic murderers running around. Is your "Security Advisory System" going to be at "Low" or "Guarded"? It would be all right if it were an "Apocalypse Advisory System", but as it is it just seems to me to be something too silly and rather useless for GLoG. What, somebody is trying to end the universe? Just kill the guy, or redeem him, for those of that inclination, and be done with it. I guess the only reason this is really annoying me is that all people ever care about anymore are acronymia wide plots that are impossible to stay out of.

If it makes you happier, my super evil villain isn't trying to end the universe...

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
It's not meant to be taken that seriously, FF. S'just a joke thingy, jeez. Also, only two to four characters at a time have ever really actively fought for the end of the world. That's not counting Kaela's characters, who I'm kinda clueless about when it comes to motives and such.

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
... Oh, okay. Let's just ignore the part where it was posted in an IC thread. Oh wow, you're right! If you think about it from the perspective of players only, it is pretty funny. I'm being serious about that. It's only aggravating when read with an in-character perspective. Which, you know, it was supposed to be.

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
So, anyone help me think of a name for a silly lovable rogue/vagrant type character?
I thought of calling him Valentine, but I couldn't think of a last name to go with that didn't sound silly or a rip off. Of course, I could just cop out and call him Kris-the-something, but there's enough of those running around.Originally Posted by Lord Magtok

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
Well, there's not really that many running around, you know. Kris-the-Slayer is likely permadead, and you don't really play much at all with the sidekick.

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
@Nil: I googled threat level generator.
@ FF, the real Homeland Security threat level only monitors risk of terrorist attacks, not risks of hurricanes, serial killers, wild bear attacks, or cookie shortages. If you want to invent a threat level monitor for other types of threats, feel free.My avatar! Isn't it just utterly diabolical? Ashen Lilies made it!

Re: ACRONYM OOC 3: Freeform Forever!
I don't think that's true, on both accounts. It's really quite easy to stay out of such plots, and (some) people do care about ones that aren't all Acro-encompassing.
Perhaps make Valentine his second name?
But as for other names: Locque, Bit, Jenk, Kraal, Jayne..

I like Festy's best
