Recreating the Ooze...

Since everyone loves the Ninja Turtles, I was wondering how I (or anyone else) would go about slapping on an Anthrophomorphic template onto any random creature?

Is such a template already in circulation? I suppose I could use the 'Hybrid' form of Lycanthropy...Actually, can you think of anything more awesome than a Wereturtle? I didn't think so.

Awaken crossed my mind, but, that still leaves it as a turtle. Not a pizza-eating nunchuck-weilding ass-kicking machine...

Yeah, there are balance issues. Some animals make great player races, others are completely worthless. Druid is a good choice in general, as pretty much all of them get a nice boost to wisdom.
