creating magic arrows

maybe its because its 8am, and i've been out at a house party all night.
maybe its because i've been puking my guts for the last 2 days striaght
maybe im just silly and not reading the right thing

but can someone please point me in the direction of the formulas for creating magic arrows (either those imbued with spells or effects like frost or flaming)

I'm pretty sure there's no official stance on that, but I know DM's who just would say 1/50th the cost for a single arrow, half cost for 25, and so on.

Well, I'm pretty sure you can purchase fewer than fifty, like purchasing a semi- charged wand. It's the creation I am curious about.

Basically, the prices are done for a stack of fifty, so to make less, you just cut it up into fractions as necessary.

That's what they do for things like Sleep Arrows and Arrows of Slaying, after all - they just price it for a single arrow, since nobody's going to want 50 of them at once.

Makes even more sense than partial-charged wands, even: 'Hmm, I don't want to buy 50 arrows. Could I just get 15 instead?'

Shopkeeper takes fifteen arrows out of the pile and sells them to you.

There's a handful of exceptions to that - Sleep Arrows and Slaying Arrows, for instance, have individual list prices, rather than "batch of fifty" list prices.
