Default An incarnum PrC, the Soulspark Companion (PEACH)

Illandra sighed with relief as she saw her little companion return. Did you see anything? she asked, using their personal telepathic link.
The small orb of blue light bobbed a little, as if shrugging.
Just a couple of goblins, some large grey-ish muscle-heads... orcs, aren't they? ... Oh, and there was an elf with these fancy blue robes and a cool shimmery blue helmet...
    Illandra sighed.
That's who we're here to rescue! By the gods... She shook her head, then stretched out her hand. She called on the power of all good souls, shaping her belief in goodness into an object of power. After the hammer formed, she nodded to her familiar, and headed off.

    Class Features
All of the following are class features of the soulspark companion.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Soulspark companions are proficient with all simple weapons, light and medium armour, and with shields (except tower shields).
Meldshaping: Each level of soulspark companion counts as a level in a previous meldshaping class for the purposes of meldshaper level, soulmelds, essentia and available chakra binds.
Remote soulspark (Su): A soulspark companion's soulspark familiar may travel an additional fifty feet away from its master before unshaping per soulspark companion level. For example, a first level soulspark companion's soulspark familiar can travel sixty feet before unshaping.
Soulspark telepathy (Su): A soulspark companion may communicate telepathically with his soulspark familiars.
Chakra bind: At third level, a soulspark familiar gains the ability to bind soulmelds to her brow chakra. At sixth level, she gains the ability to bind a soulmeld to her throat chakra. At tenth level, she gains the ability to bind soulmelds to her soul chakra.
In addition, at tenth level a soulspark companion may bind her soulspark familiar to her soul chakra. A soulspark familiar bound to a soul chakra is treated as a greater soulspark. In addition, it gains abilities depending on its master's level (see below).
Instant soulspark shaper (Su): Once per day, a soulspark companion may unshape any soulmeld he has active and immediately shape a soulspark. This is an immediate action, so he may do so even if it is njot his turn. Otherwise, this ability is identicle to the rapid meldshaping class ability of the incarnate.
Share soulmelds (Su): A soulspark companion can choose to allow any soulmeld that effects him also effect any of his soulspark familiars. Only one familiar may make use of this ability per round.
Soulspark chakra (Su): At tenth level, a soulspark companion's soulspark familiar gains its own chakra slot. A soulspark companion may shape any soulmeld that takes up the crown, brow, throat or soul chakras on his soulspark familiar. A soulspark familiar cannot take up its own chakra slot, and it cannot have another soulspark familiar taking up its chakra slot. The soulspark companion may bind a soulmeld to its soulspark familiar's chakra slot as if it were her own.
A soulspark companion gains only a single chakra from this ability, no matter how many soulspark familiars he has shaped. A soulspark familiar may not be bound to itself.

    20th +8 15 Scry on soulspark familiar
    Soulspark Familiar Ability Descriptions:
Natural Armor Adj.: The number noted here is an improvement to the soulspark familiar’s existing natural armor bonus.
Int: The soulspark familiar’s Intelligence score.
Improved Evasion (Ex): When subjected to an attack that normally allows a Reflex saving throw for half damage, a soulspark familiar takes no damage if it makes a successful saving throw and half damage even if the saving throw fails.
Share Spells: At the master’s option, she may have any spell (but not any spell-like ability) targetting herself also affect his familiar. The soulspark familiar must be within 5 feet at the time of casting to receive the benefit.
If the spell or effect has a duration other than instantaneous, it stops affecting the soulspark familiar if it moves farther than 5 feet away and will not affect the soulspark familiar again even if it returns to the master before the duration expires. Additionally, the master may cast a spell with a target of “You” on her familiar (as a touch range spell) instead of on herself.
A master and his familiar can share spells even if the spells normally do not affect creatures of the familiar’s type (magical beast).
Deliver Touch Attacks (Su): If the master is 14th level or higher, a soulspark familiar can deliver touch attacks for him. If the master and the familiar are in contact at the time the master activates a soulmeld that allows for a touch attack (such as Lightning Gauntlets), she can designate her soulspark familiar as the “toucher.” The familiar can then deliver the touch attack just as the master could.
Telepathy (Su): If the master is 16th level or higher, the soulspark familiar gains the ability to speak telepathically to any creature that speaks any of the languages its master knows, within a range of 100 feet.
Spell Resistance (Ex): If the master is 19th level or higher, a soulspark familiar gains spell resistance equal to the master’s level + 5. To affect the soulspark familiar with a spell, a spellcaster must get a result on a caster level check (1d20 + caster level) that equals or exceeds the soulspark familiar’s spell resistance.
Scry on Familiar (Sp): If the master is 20th level or higher, she may scry on her soulspark familiar (as if casting the scrying spell) once per day.

Can you meld more than one soulspark familiar? The class mentions multiple soulspark familiars, but I thought I recalled reading somewhere that each soulmeld could only be shaped once, even if it has more than one slot it can occupy.

At any rate, cool class concept. The soulspark familiar is among the manifold disappointments in Magic of Incarnum, and it's cool to see an attempt to make it a more viable ability. The only thing that really jumps out at me is that this gives access to the soul chakra bind at 13th level, which is itself a very considerable power. Then again, I'm not really sure most of the soul chakra bind abilities are worth the very stiff level requirements attached to it.
