Is there a feat that does for Rogue/Rangers what Daring outlaw does for Rogue/Swashbucklers?

Unfortunately, no. There's a Scout/Rogue feat (swift Ambusher) but it's lame, as it only progresses Skirmish and lets you qualify for higher-level Ambush feats.

Yeah, that's an option too, but I wanted to see if there already was something of the sort out there. Oh well, homebrew it is :)

On a slightly unrelated note, where can one find the spell-less ranger variant? I know I saw one somewhere once.

Complete warrior methinks

There's one in Complete Warrior; and a different version in Complete Champion (Champion of the Wild - it nets you 4 bonus feats over your career, and is generally considered not worth it).
