Monstrous Grafts

In the forgotten realms novel, City of Splendors, the bad guys are a group of sewer dwelling humans who all have various animal/monster grafts.

I was wondering, apart from fiendish grafts (which are in a book I don't have), do you know of any rules for something like this?

At the time, most of the grafts were in Fiend Folio and Lords of Madness- fiendish, aberrant, yuan-ti, etc. Since then, Dragon Grafts have appeared in Races of the Dragon book.

There are also Undead Grafts, the Maug from Fiend Folio also have a small assortment of grafts.

And elemental and plant grafts at Eberron books (which also contain Symbionts which I view as a kind of graft :P )

Symbionts are also in Fiend Folio- they aren't exactly a graft, because they don't replace anything. Plus, they are separate creatures with a separate statline.

Though Eberron grants would work well in any setting.
