Bard/Rogue PRC?

So anyone know a prestige class that

1. Advances Bardic Music
2. Advances Sneak Attack
3. Has good Skill Points
4. And hopefully a few new songs (not really needed though)'
5. Doesn't have too many feat prequisites (Already starved for feats though I'm planning on including Arcane Flourish and maybe Arcane Disciple.)

I need a good Bard/Rogue PRC for a Goblin Swashbuckler/Rogue/Bard with Daring Outlaw. I'm hoping on using some custom feats for one hander fighters too.

I don't usually play bards, so the best help I can be is maybe Arcane Trickster or check Complete Scoundrel.

Tried CSCO didn't really help. I'll have to think about Arc Tricks.

Is there a Daring Outlaw-type feat that does this? If not, it wouldn't be hard to homebrew one using that sort of "levels stack" feat as a guideline.

Sneak attack is the main class feature of a Rogue, so any PrC that advances sneak attack at the same rate is going to be pretty strong already. I think you're asking for a bit too much in one prestige class.

I know that. I'm more thinking along the lines of a lil slower sneak attack prog like every third level or maybe even less.
