Shadowswift race or other race from Plane of Shadows?

Where can i find information about the Shadowswift race? i have seen it mentioned but not the book.
Any information on other races from the plane of shadow would be very welcome too :D

Which is usually regarded as pretty bad.

The simplest way to make a race from the Plane of Shadows is to just take your favorite race and slap the Dark (+1 LA, Tome of Magic) or Shadow (+2 LA, Lords of Madness) template on it. Either one is worth the LA (two of the very few cases where that's true), but Dark gives you nearly as much as Shadow, for half the price, so if it's available, that's probably the better option.
