Is it legal to give out the Yochlol stats online. If not just tell me. If so, please post them. Sorry for the inconvience.

They're in Fiendish Codex I which does not fall under OGL and thus not allowed here online. Google might be able to help you though.

I wouldn't do such a thing. That said, I'll say they're shapeshifters with three different forms (Humanoid (Drow or Human), Spider & Gaseous) and CR 8 with 10 HD. You could homebrew it all rather well.
