Boo yeah comic upload, been waiting happily and giggle-worthily.

-> Love the epic Xykon-Looking-In-The-Distance-Like-A-Wise/Evil-Sage position.

I thought it might happen, but I still feel sorry for Redcloak. And Xykon, actually reviving Jirix, supposedly just a minion? I sense character importance developing ^^.

Ah, so RC will get a cool eyepatch now

Anyway, nice reason for him not regenerating an eye. Logical, very logical. I wonder if he might regenerate one and hide it under his patch though, as a small defiance? Time will tell I suppose

Hmm, that eye will probably be a teller if RC heeds Xykon or himself in the future.
Totally getting something nice here, when the time is right that is.

Cool - subtle joke-confirmation that it *was* the MitD :)

I love it when Xykon drops the joky manner and shows, once again, what a complete evil bastard he really is.

I find it interesting that Xykon says that now's the time for the MiTD to finally do something, when he failed to notice that he's the reason that he got ultra ticked off by the poof out of V and O'Chuul........

This is awfully convenient. If Redcloak is as smart as he seems, he has months of phylactery-searching to subtly shore up the hobgoblins' position. It's more prep time than torturing O-Chul would ever have given. The eye is truly a minor inconvenience - when he's bound to Xykon, his disabilities are the lich's problem. When he's not, he just pops off and regenerates it.

But I forsee Tsukiko getting some comeuppance in the near future. Xykon consistently beats around Redcloak like that, but the human that consistently harps about her underpowered prestige class really oughtn't to speak up like that.

Holy crap, when Xykon gets pissed he takes it out on the whole world. At least he is moving again though, or is that a bad thing? And yeouch Tskukiko might have a chance to take over Redcloak's job.

Her comment to Redcloak - "Tough day, huh, Reddy?" might possibly be camaraderie. The two got off to a bad start, but given that Redcloak's reaction to Tsukiko appearing during the battle between Xykon and Vaarsuvius is "Tsukiko! Perfect!" and he seems sincere about it, it's possible they've buried the hatchet.

Also, I'm happy Jirix might be getting a raise (huh, get it, a raise? ); I am not sure exactly why, but I got to like him. Not because of something he did, but in the same way I got to like Daigo. He's a poor innocent fellow.

Great scene with Xykon looking in the distance

Do you think MitD's exhaustion/sleep is directly related to the use of his Wish-y ability?

NICE. Perfect way to start the day, with Xykon reading RC the riot act. I predict quite a bit of tension amidst Team Evil pretty soon...

And honestly, I don't think I've ever seen Xykon so ticked off before. And I like it.
Now if you don't mind, I am somewhat preoccupied telling the laws of physics to shut up and sit down.

Has anyone managed to think of a way in which Xykon can actually benefit from his punishment of Redcloak..?

i've only thought of the negs so far.

1)Loss of one eye is a "minor inconvenience" now, but later it gets worse. Say, something similar happens and Redcloak loses both his eyes, while he would've been fine if he'd became .. right eye. -d

    2)Betrayal/Severe fall in loyalty

I dont suppose 3)Redcloak works harder from now on to please Xykon is actally feasible.
