Silent Spell/Still Spell Variant
A little fun idea I had from seeing others talk about it.
Combined, they give a +2 level adjustment to whatever spell you use them for just to be able to cast them in silenced areas/without saying something and drawing attention to yourself and one that lets you cast while immobilized/wearing armor. Im sorry, but, +2 spell level cost is a bit steep to me...
My idea is make it 1 metamagic feat with only a +1 spell level increase;
Subliminal Spell [Metamagic]
You can cast spells both silently and without making any gestures.
Benefit: A Subliminal spell can be cast without any verbal or somatic components. Spells without verbal and somatic components are not affected. A subliminal spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.
Special: Bard spells cannot have their Verbal component removed with this feat.

Re: Silent Spell/Still Spell Variant
Looks good to me. I don't think condensing them should be a problem; components really only come up for Spellcraft checks, silence, and grappling/binding, so whether you have one feat or two it's all a question of whether you prepared anything useful with them.
