Misaki titled her head a bit and looked at hm curiously as he started mooning over Alexis. "Is she your best friend?"

Susan is heading down to the detention wing, to check up on prisoners.

Vlad is standing around, glaring at KK's vampire.

Lucretia waves her hands dismissively at Vlad.
"Shoo. Get lost little puppy."

"Why're you here?" Vlad asks. He ignores the puppy comment.

Marley is wheeled into the great room, fast asleep in his wheelchair.

Marley might see Vlad and Lucretia. Or not. I'm not actually sure of where they are.

[Ashen Lilies]

They're in the great room. Sirk is irritatedly staring at the spot where Marcos used to be. Damn Timezones.
Lucretia is talking to Vlad.
"We're looking for sorcerous assistance."

"Why?" Asks Vlad. He doesn't trust vampires an inch.

[ThePhantom]

Marley wakes ups.

"Urgh, what a night."

Marley looks and sees Sirk, Vlad and Lucretia.

"What is going on here?"

[billtodamax]

"Those two are requesting sorcerous assistance." Says Vlad. "I'm questioning their motives."

[Ashen Lilies]

Sirk speaks up this time, not trusting Lucretia to not make a biting remark.
"There's trouble at NO. We need your help."

[billtodamax]

"Could you be more specific?" Vlad asks.

[ThePhantom]

"Well, I'll let you take can of this."

Marley says to Vlad, and then is wheeled out of the great room.

Alex gets snapped out of his reverie. Hm? Yeah. I guess you could kinda say that.
He's blushing...

"An arcane anomaly of some sort. If I knew more about it, I'd be able to fix it myself."

Vlad doesn't seem to believe Sirk. However, there's not real reason not to, so he puts it down to his hatred of vampires.
"Then I'm afraid you'll have to find someone else to help you, as I'm not a sorcerer." Says Vlad.

"Then we'll have to wait a little longer."

What's the point of setting up an elaborate trap if there don't appear to be any fish!?

"Indeed you shall." Says Vlad. He goes to the kitchen.
"Do you want anything to eat?" He calls over his shoulder.

Runner and Skrall2 undeadtime in the great room.

Runner is lost in thought, with a slightly upset expression on his face.

"I don't eat."

Vlad shrugs and comes back with some bacon. Mmm, bacon. He nods to Runner and Skrall2

They both nod at Vlad. Runner goes back to his thoughts.

Misaki thought for a moment, but couldn't ever recall meeting Alexis (or at least being introduced to her.) "I bet she's nice."

She is, Alex agrees with a nod. And troubled, too. He sighs.




Meanwhile, in Sam's room...
pop!
Sam and Dani appear. Several inches above the bed. Which is likely now tumbled into!

Sam falls onto the bed and laughs softly before frowning in puzzlement. One hand around Dani, she reaches underneath herself with the other and pulls out a note with Dani's name on it.

Dani giggles as well, closing her eyes for a moment, but noticing the frown...
She blinks a little and starts to ask what's the matter, then notices the note.
...what is it, love?

Sam blinks in mixed confusion and bewilderment as she reads the note aloud. "Hey Dani, my dad told me that the woman you're marrying is actually my aunt Sam who I've never met before! Isn't that great? I wanted to talk to you about this in person, but I saw you were busy and just sent this note. I really really really want to perform your wedding, if you don't have another cleric for the job. I promise I won't screw it up! Love, Angela"

Dani blinks, her cheeks quite red.
Erm. I...it's good she's enthuiastic but I'm not sure that'd be a really good idea... She closes her eyes. You should talk to her, not me, love.

She shakes her head, sighs, then smiles a little. We will need to think about who gets to perform our wedding...tomorrow. Right now I just want to make your birthday extra super special!
