GLoG XXXII: The Loved and the Lost

Angela? Another one of Toby's kids? You... with her...? Sam shakes her head in combined amusement and disbelief. She lets the issue rest, and stretches out on the bed, grinning.

"Um.. yeah?" Asks Susan. "Oh, that not thinking thing." She says. "Yeah, I'm fine."

Dani giggles in embarassed amusement, and grins back at Sam as she stretches out next to her, and runs a hand down her partner's front. You take my breath away every time I see you, she whispers before leaning over to kiss her, gently and softly at first, before becoming more passionate.

Oh, and about the time it starts becoming more passionate she goes to teleport Sam's shirt away, too.

The ceremonies concluded, a soft breeze slowly drifts around Dani, carrying with it a soft words, Goodbye Dani, I'm glad your happy.

Sam kisses Dani back, pausing to gasp in surprise as her shirt pops away, only to resume more passionately. She puts her arms around her lover, but otherwise lies there.

((Dani was just saying they needed to decide who to do it tomorrow.

Dani giggles and rolls over on top of Sam, making her own clothes (all of them ) vanish with another soft pop, holding the kiss and squirming atop her even as she reaches for the curtain....

Sam gives a soft moan, the kind that would have her blushing scarlet and completely mortified if she ever heard herself make it, as the curtain falls.

Skrall2 shrugs as best as his body can. Sure. Got anything in mind?

"Well, there's the pool, sparring, uh... the pool." Says Susan.

Skrall2 looks down at his metal body, then back at Susan. I guess I could go in the pool, if you want. Wouldn't really be anything special.

"Yeah, there's not much to do here. Wanna go somewhere? A walk?"

Sure. Lead the way. If Skrall2 could smile, he would right now.

Butler arrives and heads towards the SPGT that goes to Adam's estate.

Marley is wheeled by the meddrone in the hallway outside of the infirmary.

Statement: The Member known as Butler is back.

"Good. Take me to him."

Statement: Fine.

Marley is wheeled toward the potral.

Oh hey. Looks like you caught Butler just in time. He was just about to step through.

"Hello Marley sir. Can I help you sir?" He sounds rather... unenthusiastic. Very unlike Butler. He loves helping.

"Hello Butler. And right now, it looks like you have your own things to deal with. But, I can tell you the good news I wanted to tell you earlier, but then a flaming piano landed on me, which kept me from telling it to you."

[Reinholdt]

"A... flaming piano sir? I... how... it... well I'm glad you're alright sir. That's the important part sir."

"I know, but I still want to tell you it. The good news, but I have to warn you, it will probably be bittersweet good news.
The explosion in the armory that you caused?
While it did hurt people, including Vidalia, it stop an insane cat from making everyone in GLoG dumber than a table, which allowed the rest of the people here to fix the problems caused by that cat."

"It stopped... a cat sir?" Well... Vidalia was an onion. Maybe Marley just meant a catboy.

Oh. Or that nice talking cat he meet months ago.

"He made people dumber sir?"

"Lots of people, and he almost killed Chelonie. He was dangerous close to taking over a large part of the world. But thanks to you and others, he was stopped. Well, good night Butler."

"Good night sir. Thank you sir..."
Butler really isn't sure how to process this information. He helped?
Or did the cat get to him too? Maybe the cat was responsible for him being sick? It was all so confusing.

Butler steps through the portal to his home. Either way he needed to get these operations, he knew that much.

And morning finds Dani curled up against Sam's side in bed, perhaps, sleeping with a small, content, and happy smile on her face.


Alex is still sitting on the bench, contemplating life, the universe, the yellow rose, Alexis, and Misaki's next comment.

Misaki hopped up onto the bench next to Alex. "How long have you known Alexis?"
