Default Doppelganger or human or Changling?

Ok so Odd question for the playground.

Do Changlings count as Doppelgangers or humans for the purposes of feats and or PRC's..The reason i ask this, is do to the fact that in the races of Eberron They mention One of the three types of changlings commonly trying to go for Chamelon PRC (though the Pre-requisites are Human or Doppel)?

So Does any one know any where where it says Changlings are eaither human or Doppelgangers or count as them?
    thanks all.
When the end comes i shall remember you.

Since changelings are hybrids of humans and doppelgangers, considering them to have the [human] and [doppelganger] subtypes (which really only allow them to count as either and both for prereqs, spells, etc) isn't that uncommon of a houserule.

It's also at the bottom of the class description available on Wizards' site. Unfortunately it says "if your game is in Eberron", which doesn't account for players using MM3 to play one outside the setting, so you may still need to houserule this incredibly obvious oversight.
    • Chameleon Base Class [3.5]/[PF]: A versatile, morphic class that mimics one basic party role (warrior, caster, sneak, etc) at a time. If you find yourself getting bored of any class you play too long, the Chameleon is for you!
    • Warlock Power Sources [3.5]: Making Hellfire Warlock part of the base class and providing other similar options for Warlocks whose powers don't come from devils.

A character option allowed to two races should also be allowed to a hybrid of those two races. Anything requiring a character to be either an elf or a human should be open to half-elves, for example.

This really should go without saying.

And I say this from a GM POV.
