Getting class skills

I was thinking a how-to-get-class-skills chart might be useful. I wonder how many we can fill in.

Obviously, multiclassing and able learner are the general solution, but they are not for everyone (a full caster might not want to dip a non-casting class, and a non-human can't take able learner).

Here's the core skills and the ways I've got so far. I'll keep filling it in as suggestions are made.

You haven't put in which draconic heritage you need to take for Disguise, and it's in the wrong columns.

I wonder if you could add another column for which base classes they are class skills for as well.

The human paragon class, in Unearthed Arcana, allows you to choose 10 skills as class skills and designate one to always remain a class skill from them on, regardless of multiclassing. The class is restricted to humans (and half-elves who take the first level in their racial paragon class).

The feat Knowledge Devotion in Complete Champion gets one knowledge skill as a class skill, in addition to its potentially amazing combat buff.

There are also some ACFs that grant class skills... Planar Handbook has a bunch that grant Knowledge: the Planes. And if you need Tumble or Sense Motive, there's the Cityscape web enhancement:
