Metamagic - Ranged Touch

I seem to remember a metamagic that allows you to put a range (10ft./level or somesuch) on spells that are normally only just touch. Does this exist and if so does anyone know where?

Reach Spell. +2 Adjustment, Complete Divine (Page 87). Touch = 30ft "Ray".

Also, Ocular Spell from Lords of Madness, +2 adjustment. Turns almost any spell into a ranged touch attack.

Not a feat, but the heirophant and archmage both get something similiar. I made a home brew feat that let clerics burn a turn attempt to cast cure/ cause at 20'.
