Is there a monster class for True Dragons?

There was one in one of the Dragon magazines. Only up to certain age though.

Check the Draconomicon, starting on page 141 under, "Dragons as Player Characters" it describes how to advance a dragon PC according to HD and LA, though none start at a lower ECL than Wyrmling.
