    I am looking for people to write adventure modules and the like for a specific campaign world. However, the modules themselves can be 3.5E, 4E, or even other systems.

    Actually, that link has to do with the open source software used to run the site (Joomla). This is the link for the project.

    You would indeed earn money from the modules.
