can you charge whilst flying?
As title.
the reason I'm asking is because I'm not quite sure how you can say, charge in flight. Or can we simply assume that it works just like on the ground except, you know, in 3D?
I'm asking mostly just to understand the viability of an ubercharger with say, a flight spell cast on him.

Yes. It works as normally, except 3D. You can also dive for even more damage.

Wait, it's not that simple.
If it gives you a fly speed of say, 30 feet, you can. If it says you can fly 30 ft. as a move action, no.
Also, it specifically says in the fly spell you can charge while flying.
