The Gray Wastes, Omega Section. [Town]

They emerge in a lobby-like area within an office building.
The floors are dull stone; the walls are just as dull. They're all varying shades of gray.

Execuloths, both male and female, were going about their business until these two people popped into their workspace. They stare curiously.

[Quinsar]

Solomon stands next to Liache, arms crossed, he looks around.

[Beans]

Liache has her wings tightly folded for the big reveal.
The females look vaguely pleased that she is back; the males look a bit less so. All look rather "huh?"

One steps forward; he has mousy brown hair and wears a polo and slacks. He has wings, though they are not so magnificent as Liache's.
Liache?

Where've you been? You just disappeared one day, we looked all over for you...
She smiles thinly at him.
Ah, Piett, attempted father of my execlets. Good to see you again.
Allow me to introduce you to my fiancé. Solomon, you know the script.

Or, ya know, boot to the face time. Cuz that's what Solomon does, he goes to kick him in the face.

Piett falls on his arses, a nasty sound proclaiming how broken his nose is.
The other males start forward, beginning to summon cold fire---until Liache unfolds her wings.
Males, none of you move.
None.

The males don't have stingers in their tails, because, y'know, do male bees have stingers (ovipositors)? Nope. Also, females are more powerful than the males by birth, also like bees. The males just de-wing them to slant the field in their direction.

Anyway...
About five females start forward, eyes wide.

Solomon stands silent, smiling.

[Beans]

The males back off.
But that time, I... I was just... Piett sputters.
Following mating procedure? I think not.
You attempted several times, nearly a week before mating season. Succeeded halfway on one occasion.

Solomon smiles and watches.

Nassa then gives Liache a big smacker of a kiss, right on the lips.
She then quickly attempts the hug-and-smooch on Solomon as well.
Dang, she's grateful.

[Quinsar]

Solomon is hugged and hugs back.
He's kissed, but a bit shocked.

[Beans]

You're very welcome... The other females begin stepping forward.
Now, I'd love for you all to show your gratitude, but then we'd be embracing and trading saliva all day.

Liache puts a wing around Sol.
How did that feel? The violent part, that is.

He says grinning, and glaring at the male execuloths.

Piett is helped off by other males... and it seems he has just learned how to genuinely cry.
Liache conveniently doesn't notice that bit.
Justice. She purrs.

Liache leads the way, pushing past others.
They reach a big ol' black door.

Solomon follows silenty.

Liache steps aside.
Would you do the honors?
She indicates that he should boot the door open.

He smiles and kicks the door open. Or tries to.

Booted!

In there is a big ol' desk, and a black leather swivel chair turned away from the door.

Solomon walks in.

[Beans]

The chair spins around to reveal...

That's not her boss.
It's a winged female execuloth. Her hair is a mix of red, maroon, and an underlayer of blackish-red.
... Aega?!
Liache, darling, I've missed you.
I assume the man standing next to you is a sign that we won't be going at it on my desk any time soon.

[Quinsar]

Solomon quietly watches, he's gone back to his old scary insane evil look.

[Beans]
