Political Situations [V:TM]

Okay, I'm intending to run a Vampire: The Masquerade at school and it is going to start off political (I understand the fluff but the crunch is iffy so there will be more talking then rolling in a political game) and I was wondering what you guys think would make some interesting stuff for a politcal game.

You need to tell us more. What city? What power level? Are there major nonvampire powers in the city?

So that means that the PCs are reacting to the NPC power structure. So you need to figure out a lot more about that power structure - who is Prince, what clans are currently in power/favor/disfavor, who controls what, what the conflicts are...
