D&D 3.5 races of stone template
I swear this template was in races of stone! I cant find it now!
It was a level adjustment of +1 or +2 gave natural armor str and con bonus -2 to all mental stats. Also gave you a burrow speed!

I'm not sure, but you might be looking for Mineral Warrior, from the Underdark supplement of Forgotten Realms.
It's an easy mistake to make due to the name, I suppose.I use black for sarcasm.
