So, this is a question about utility belts (though it doesn't really have much to do with Batman wizards).

I remember reading about a sort of modified Heward's Handy Haversack that fit less stuff but was a belt instead of a backpack (and thus also weighed less)--basically, your quintessential utility belt. I can't seem to find it again on google after searching, and I don't remember whether or not the item was official. I do remember artificers being mentioned.
