[3.5] Please Help Optimize my Psiforged.

I've been basically trying to go for an anime-themed warforged. What I have going so far is a psiforged capable of:
* Shoot a 'charged energy bullet' [Lightning Throw slam attack],
* Shoot small 'energy bullets' [Casting Glove + Wand of MM],
* Great skill with a beam sword [Brilliant Energy Great Scimitar].

All that is really left to fit this theme is make it so the psiforged can get big... really, really big (and flesh out the rest of the feats).

Grab an item of Expansion, augmented. That'll boost you to Huge. Toss in Strongarm Bracers and you wield a Gargantuan weapon. That should be enough.

Wait, are building Megaman, Zero (sword dude), Protoman (need a shield), or what?

But I like the build.

It started simply as "let's make a character that uses a rocket punch" and at some point it started resembling Mega Man, so I kinda went with it.

I came across a shaman domain and wu jen spell in the Oriental Adventures book called Giant Size. While the updated wu jen in Complete Arcane doesn't carry Giant Size (I don't think), the shaman in Oriental Adventures which hasn't been changed still can use it.

Basically Giant Size is a one-round spell of 7th or 8th level (8th for shammies) that increases your size to either Hugh, Gargantuan, or Colossal depending on your caster level.

I'm thinking some custom wondrous item that allows Giant Size 3/day would work for the 'get really big' criteria in my build.
