Some help with Elderkin?

For those of you that know the Blackmoor campaign setting and have the handbook for it, I ask for a little aid. You see a friend of mine told me about this class and I simply fell in love with it - the problem is I've got neither the money to get a legitimate copy and cannot find a .pdf copy online that I do not have to pay for (and don't particularly care to pay for it for just one class), and so I'd like to ask someone, anyone, to please post the relevant information for this class in a table in this thread...please?

If you can't find it freely available on the internet, chances are doing that would be illegal. Maybe I'm wrong! Maybe the internet was just lazy. But that's what I'd expect.
