The campaign setting had 3. The other book I can't remember the name of had lots that were unplayable. Such a high ECL.

I'm almost positive it is in a row by order of ECL, not alphabetical.

The Dragonlance campaign setting has the evil draconians. The Bestiary of Krynn has the noble draconians.

There's actually a book-book that has stats for Draconians, too.

Can't quite remember the name at the moment, but it was the second book (and sequel to the first) where they're main characters. The first took place in the Chaos Wars, and the second is where they move north with the female draconians.

I believe there were stats in one of the Dragonlance novels. I think it was the one about the Draconian engineering regiment.

As for rulebooks they're in, no idea.
