Spell Controling Body Temperature
I'm creating a lizard-type homebrew race that has different properties based on its temperature. Are there any spells that control your own body heat?

Endure Elements would be what you're looking for. Unless you mean battle-spells? Cone of Cold leeches the heat from the area...

As a specific effect? Doubtful. As a side product, however, you need to look no further than Enlarge/Reduce Person.

Re: Spell Controling Body Temperature
Since lizards are cold blooded, one could extrapolate that chilling or warming its clothes (or something significant nearby) with Prestidigitation would allow for temperature variances, as long as it didn't stray into extreme hot or cold to the point of actual mechanical effects.
