If it's DnD 3.5, the Hippo is in Sandstorm, and the Anthropomorphic template is in Savage Species. Combine the two, and you have a race.

According to the image title, it's a (anthropomorphic hippo-shaped) stone golem. But I'd go with giff.

Actually, I think Spell Compendium also has a Hunger domain. A little bit of overlap between the two, but that way you can say "Hungry Hungry" without being redundant.
