Master of Many Forms and Casting spells (3.5)
If a druid has a level in Master of many forms and gets from that Shifters Speech is he able to cast spells with verbal and somatic components while in wild shape? This is assuming he doesn't already have Natural Spell.

Animals expressly can't cast spells with somatic components unless you have the Natural Spell feat, so no.
A MoMF could cast a Stilled Spell just fine, and you can Wild Shape into a humanoid form with fingers and keep all your spellcasting, or you could just get Natural Spell.
