Houseruling 3rd edition - a thought experiment
You have been sent back in time to some time between 1987 and 2000. What innovations would you introduce to your AD&D table to re-establish things you consider to be improvements in later editions?
You can keep anything you want from AD&D; part of the point of this thread is to see what people consider better about later editions vs wishing some things hadn't changed.

Six second rounds, the attendant movement rates, and the more concise list of weapons.
