Has anyone tried The Pool?

Found it online and it seems like an awesome engine to run a game in.

I'm just wondering if anyone had any experience, positive or otherwise with it before I buy the 80+ d6s it takes to run a 5 person game.

And you could always let everyone bring their own dice. ;)
