    Default Logistics, anyone have recommendations?

So. I have a group of people in my fraternity who play d&d with me on friday nights. This week, 4 of 6 cannot make it for the full time. The most that will be present at any time is 3, and the least is 2. Is this worth doing or should I call off the session?

I'd take the opportunity to plan out encounters and such, rather than waste your friend's time by calling them over when only half of the party is even present. Alternatively, call them over and just do a pure RP or shopping spree session with those three (depending on the area they are in). It's even possible to hold this in a dungeon, provided they aren't mid-encounter all ready.
