Spiked Glamered Armor

Combining glamered with spiked armor seems like a recipe for disaster. You try to appear subtle while in town but then you bump into some who wasn't expecting spikes, or someone gives you a hearty slap on the back after you complete a quest for him. The average commoner will die if you run into them on accident.

Admittedly the possibilities for hilarity are also there.

Paladin: Worry not fair maiden! The wizard is slain and you are saved!

Princess: Oh thank you my hero! *throws self at Paladin for dramatic embrace*

Paladin: No wait! *squelch*....damn...Need a raise dead over here.

Cleric: Again! You've gotta get rid of those spikes.

Throw on Sizing (Magic Item Compendium), make the spikes colossal, and enjoy invisibly skewering hapless pedestrians as you wander around town.
