The RPG is free. I glanced through it, and it's pretty much the weirdest RPG I've ever seen. I can't help but wonder if anyone has actually played it. It seems like Paranoia, but taken darkly serious and with insanity tossed in. Anyone ever heard of it? With the right group, I could see it being fun.Characters:
