question about base attack progression.
where does it say what a class's base attack progression is? Or what their BAB is or whatever. I can't seem to find it in TOB or PHB

Re: question about base attack progression.
Yeah, when you look at the table of Class Abilities and Levels and such, it's the column that has either +1 or +0 at 1st level and winds up looking like +20/+15/+10/+5 or +15/+10/+5 or +10/+5 at 20th level.

Re: question about base attack progression.
Further, if you want to multiclass the rule is that you just take the BAB off the chart for each class. So a Rogue1/Monk1/Bard1/Cleric1 has a BAB of +0. There is a variant rule that changes this called Fractional BAB.

And further further, this Fractional base attack system, which I endorse as a great way to make the game more multiclass-friendly, is located in Unearthed Arcana.

Re: question about base attack progression.
Fractional BAB is a good thing to add even if people only use one base class and a PRC or whatever, and they aren't crunching the numbers for max BAB.
Base attack bonus is kind of overrated anyway.Last edited by Zincorium; 2009-11-09 at 03:40 PM. Reason: anyway I was using anyway too much. Anyway...
