Spring Attack for spells.
Is there a feat that's spring attack for spells, psionics, or eldritch blast? Besides flyby attack?

He fears his fate too much, and his reward is small, who will not put it to the touch, to win or lose it all.

Yes. Mobile Spellcasting from Complete Adventurer lets you move and cast as a single standard action, letting you move, cast and move again.

Re: Spring Attack for spells.
Flyby Attack is much better though, not having any crappy prerequisites and being Core. I suggest that for anyone capable of reasonably acquiring Flight.

Re: Spring Attack for spells.
Flyby Attack only handles part of the problem, though, because it does nothing about the AoOs you create with all that flying about. You fly by and attack as a standard action, and when you leave the opponent's threatened square they get an AoO against you. Then the opponent gets to make a full ranged attack against you on their turn.
Without at least a lot of Tumble skill or Improved Flyby Attack, you lose.
