    Default 3.5 Question Blackguard Specific

Ok, so the blackguards fiendish minion gets SR at a point, and although at high level I can probably get better SR through items, does anyone know a way to get the SR from the minion shared with the blackguard ?

SR through items is generally a bad idea. It's extremely expensive, and weak enough that by the time you can afford SR of a given potency, level-appropriate foes will overpower it pretty easily. If you want your gear to make you highly resistant to magic, items that boost your overall saving throws and grant immunity to specific threats (such as mind affecting, death, or illusion) are usually the better way to go.

In answer to your question about gaining your companion's SR, I don't believe there is a way to do that. The easiest way to gain a potent SR is to have a cleric cast spell resistance on you.
