    Default Stats for a missing eye?

    I know i've seen them somewhere but i can't remember where. A characer has a missing eye. Where could I find the penalties for this?

    I rule it as a permanent 10% miss-chance against everything, and a -4 circumstance penalty to ranged attacks. ~Shrugg.~ K.I.S.S.

    However, I'm sure there's actual rules for it somewhere.

    DMG has rules for it.
