Need help, cant find feat

Im trying to find two feats for my recurrent villain sorc and cant remember in which book i read them.

The first feat allowed to spend 2+ spells to cast a higher lvl spell (like 2 lvl 1 spells to cast a invisibility). Cant remember name on this one.

The second one im not sure if really exists, i recall reading it somewhere here... it allowed to spend a high lvl slot to cast 2 lower lvl spells with a single action. ¿Arcane fusion?

Arcane Fusion and Greater Arcane Fusion. They are spells, not feats, from Complete Mage.
