    Default Blocking Scrying

So my DM has had our enemies randomly showing up just long enough to rip a handful of hair out of our heads and then they disappear. The enemies have been scrying us, and blocking our scrying in turn. I've looked through the PHB for spells that will block scrying but the only one I can come up with is False Vision, with a 250 per cast material component cost.

Are there other spells with no material component cist that can block attempts at scrying.

    Nondetection
    Mage's Private Sanctum
    Mind Blank

    Outside PHB:

    Hide the Path (spell compendium)

There are others, but those are the good ones that I've researched or seen in recent posts. Any of them can be extended, for longer effect. By level 12, 1 casting will last at least a day.

Are they walking in or Teleporting? If they're walking, how do they escape so easily?

Anyways, for less than 4,000 GP, the Deathglance Locket from Dragon Compendium allows you to hit anyone scrying on you for 10d6 1/day. Buy one for each party member. Nothing like killing a BBEG without ever seeing him.

I play primarily 3.5 D&D. Most of my advice will be based off of this. If my advice doesn't apply, specify a version in your post.
