    Default Unreasonable items.

I was just thinking about Portable holes... Would it be reasonable to have an entire cloak as a portable hole?
If it had a hood, does that mean they're immune to attacks from behind, as every attack just swings through space in the hole? If they sat behind the hole and filled it with explosives would they be protected from the majority of the blast? If every piece of armor had a hole wrapped around it, how reasonable is it that they're practically immune to most attacks other than disarms?

Any other item that could be used for something else?

Player: Where are the babau in relation to everyone else?
Me: They're right behind you. Vesil is covered in Loki's blood. That is their location in relation to you.
Player: I was just wondering about a fireball.

dont you have to unfold and layout a portable hole?

I dont think this would work

It wouldn't work since the portable hole has to be flat to work, and even if it did work, the first attack would probably ruin the portable hole once it hit the edge.

If you wanted to represent the idea, your best bet would be to just buy a Starmantle Cloak from the BoED.

Sure, if you've got a shield six feet across. But like I said, the first time someone hits it is likely to destroy it. You'd be better off just buying a Riverine tower shield for a fifth of the cost.

Like someone said above, the real problem is that single bag of holding would screw up your day big time.

Do his wrists rotate 360 degrees? If not, it's not the perfect weapon.

I'm thinking he'd probably wield it like a windmill shuriken. Except for, y'know, an axe.

EDIT: Ooh! You could wield it like a steering wheel. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.

    • Chameleon Base Class [3.5]/[PF]: A versatile, morphic class that mimics one basic party role (warrior, caster, sneak, etc) at a time. If you find yourself getting bored of any class you play too long, the Chameleon is for you!
    • Warlock Power Sources [3.5]: Making Hellfire Warlock part of the base class and providing other similar options for Warlocks whose powers don't come from devils.
