Rapid Metamagic
What is this? What does it do? Where is it?
If I creep into your house in the dead of night and strangle you while you sleep, you probably messed up your grammar.

PHB2 ACF for sorcerer. Lets them do metamagics without the full round casting. Costs a familiar I believe.

No, the PHB2 ACF is Metamagic Specialist, and it only works INT times per day. Rapid Metamagic is a CArc (or CM, can't remember) feat that lets you use Metamagic without increasing the casting time as much as you like.

INT or CHA? If it is int that is stupid. Well more stupid than sorcerers needing full round metamagics anyway.

The ACF is indeed INT based.
THe Feat has a prereq of 12 spellcraft,,,,^..^,,,,
