Quick little question.
I don't have my books anywhere near me but does the Unseen Seer's extra d6s count towards Skirmish at all?

Unseen Seer's damage bonus can be applied to sneak attack, skirmish, or sudden strike. So yes.

It depends on if you already have Skirmish, but assuming you do, then yes it does.
