The Giant disappears.
If you can see invisible
Spoiler
He is still there, ghostly and insubstantial.
If you are ethereal (this is also a question)

He is solidly right next to you. What does he see if this is so?
I am not sure whether this applies yet but if you can cast spells.
Spoiler
You are aware you cannot cast defensively.
I still have actions left.
Edit: I occupy -40 to -55.
Edit2: I forgot, for observers.
Spoiler

Re: Test of Spite: Aecus vs. Tanaric
Ah. Hello there.
I'm ethereal.
You see a taller than normal warforged in Y-2 -60, wearing a chain shirt and sprouting glimmering fur from spaces where wood would normally be. His head is distended into the maw of a bear. The head of his two-handed spear is serrated and sharply pointed, and it seems to constantly flicker between the ethereal and material. He has large, feathery wings that seem very out of place.

Disarm - (1d20+30)[36] Again +2 if you cast arcane spells or invocations
I still have actions left.
Edit: Forgot observers again

Re: Test of Spite: Aecus vs. Tanaric
Those are unarmed disarms, yes?
If so, you're now holding a longsword, not a spear. Its blade flickers between the ethereal and material.
Still your turn?

Re: Test of Spite: Aecus vs. Tanaric
That was a close one. Edit: Yes sorry, its still my turn and that was an unarmed disarm.
I'm a bit fuzzy on the rules for grappling with items in hand so if I can keep hold of the longsword I do so. If I cannot, and I can throw it away with with a free action I do so, if I can't do that I simply drop it.
I do not provoke an attack of opportunity
I do a touch attack to start a grapple.
(1d20+18)[34] +2 if you have Arcane Spells.
Opposed Grapple roll
(1d20+36)[48]
If that Succeeds take
(4d8+14)[36] + (2d6)[5] (If you cast arcane spells) Bludgeoning Damage
If that Succeeds
Spoiler
Opposed grapple roll to do damage.
Grapple - (1d20+36)[47]
(4d8+14)[34] + (2d6)[6] (If you cast arcane spells) Bludgeoning Damage
If that fails
Spoiler
Another touch attack to start a grapple.
Touch Attack - (1d20+18)[22] +2
Opposed Grapple Roll
Grapple - (1d20+36)[53]
(4d8+14)[27] + (2d6)[5] (If you cast arcane spells) Bludgeoning Damage

Re: Test of Spite: Aecus vs. Tanaric
The warforged draws a shortspear and jumps down five feet. The spear ignites.
I believe you get an AoO for this before I do anything else.

Ugh.
The warforged kicks at you four times in rapid succession.
(1d20+24)[36] for (2d10+24)[31]
(1d20+24)[40] for (2d10+24)[32]
(1d20+24)[42] for (2d10+24)[32]
(1d20+24)[29] for (2d10+24)[35]
I need to know which, if any, hit.

Ouch, all of them do.
The huge human looks like he has had better days. MANY better days.
