Feel My Pain, Old Friend [4E Build Help]

So, after getting some great advice on building my sorcerer/rogue for a return cameo against my gaming group, I'm now looking for ways to crank him to 11. He's got decent survivability, but I'm trying to max his damage output now. I've got his static modifier around +22-24, but I'm trying to see how much higher that can go. Here are the details:

Drow Sorcerer (w/ Sneak of Shadows Multiclass)
Storm Magic (but open to change for more damage)
Level 14
All sources allowed.

I am supposing you are going daggermaster for critfishing with area/close effects.
