does Master of the South wind qualify for Dragon Disciple?
Dragon Disciple says their spellcasting is comparable to a bard (and it's also Charisma based) as such it should make me qualify no?

Re: does Master of the South wind qualify for Dragon Disciple?
What is Master of the South Wind and where is it from?
Also, I'm assuming D&D 3.5, right?
All that I say applies only to myself. You author your own actions and choices. I cannot and will not be responsible for you, nor are you for me, regardless of situation or circumstance.

Does it cast spontaneously? If so, then it qualifies. If not, it doesn't.
He fears his fate too much, and his reward is small, who will not put it to the touch, to win or lose it all.
