    Default Fleet of Foot Creatures

    Does anyone have a list of creatures that are medium sized with speeds > 30? Prefer it to be about 50. LA+HD doesn't matter, only CR.

    Off the top of my head all i can think of is Nezumi. LA 0 medium race with 40ft movement.

    Catfolk have a high speed, although I don't recall if it's 40 or 50.

    Gray Orc (Races of Faerun) 40 ft.
    Longstride Shifter (Races of Eberron) 40ft when shifting. 50 ft when shifting with Longstride Elite feat.
    Catfolk (Races of the Wild) 40 ft.
    Varag (MMIV) 60 ft.

    The Dark Template from MoI is +1 LA and grants +10 speed, among many other things.

    Hmm. Always a great template, but I think shade would be better as it is faster and 2 CR doesn't matter. Thank you kindly. Fits well for underdark type stuff.

    A Young Mercury Dragon (Dragons of Faerun) is Medium with 60 ft. ground move and 250 ft. good flight. CR 5.
