Looking for Excellent Story/Plot Driven Modules 3.5

Just like the Title says I am looking for Modules or Campaigns that have had really good Story Lines . Has anyone run into a 3.5 module , campaign , adventure path ,ect. that was both well written and had a good plot , storyline , characters ect ?

I'd recommend the Paizo 3.5 modules. Rise of the Runelords has been consistently plot-driven so far (though I've had to cut out combat encounters here and there), and I've heard good stuff about Curse of the Crimson Throne as well.

I can't think of any WoTC modules that I've run which had a strong emphasis on plot, but I generally run the straight dungeon crawl ones like Tomb of Horrors. Done right, I could see that happening with Expedition to Ravenloft though.
