Pathfinder Crossbow fighter vs Stock 3.5
Is it just me or has pathfinder made Crossbows in core way better. There's feats for inflicting Conditions (2d6 bleeding damage every round, Blindness, slow movement etc), A ranged power attack varient feat as well as feats to Pierce DR (up to dr10). Doesn't that make range infinitely better than it is normally ? What do you guys think - Stock 3.5 vs Pathfinder 3.5 - Much better ranged in pathfinder ?

Pathfinder does a few favors to ranged fighters, I agree.

Well, they're better in core PF than in core 3.5, but IMO they are still worse than just using a bow, frankly. Bows also get Deadly Aim and DR piercing feats, after all.
